Your Lichfield Community Yoga Studio

Come and join our lovely studio based in Lichfield, just a few minutes from the city centre. We are more than just a studio, we’re a growing yoga community of like-minded souls. We offer a full timetable of both Aerial and Hot Yoga classes.

Other offerings include specialist classes such as Mum & Baby Yoga, Aerial Tots, Children's Aerial Yoga and monthly events; including New Moon Circles, Sound Healing events and Yoga Workshops.

 

Our Yoga Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognising that each individual has their own unique path to follow. You do you!

Aerial Yoga

A dynamic and fun class, using hammocks to support us through the practice. It helps release tension in the body and is a great way to build both strength and flexibility; and it’s really good fun!

Hot Yoga

A mat practice that’s taught in our specifically designed hot studio. Practising in the heat adds another dimension to your normal yoga practice, not only is it cosy but the heat allows you to increase your range of motion and stretch a little deeper into the poses.

Specialised Classes

As well as our regular Aerial and Hot Yoga classes, we also offer specialised classes in a non-hot room. From Mum and Baby Yoga, Aerial Tots, Children's Aerial Yoga to other Specialised Classes.
