About the Event
Release both physical and emotional tension in this restorative aerial yoga workshop. The hammocks will be used to support our bodies into deep stretches and restorative poses, allowing our physical body to soften and relax. In the second part of the workshop, you'll experience a floating guided meditation and an extended savasana, you'll leave the studio feeling like you're walking on air.
