What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is mat practice that’s taught in our specifically designed hot studio. Our thermal panels heat the room to a cozy 36-38 degrees.
We teach a range of different classes in our hot studio, from energetic dynamic Vinyasa, to strong Hatha and cozy and relaxing Yin classes. Something for everyone.

How it helps
Practising in the heat adds another dimension to your normal yoga practice, the heat makes muscles more pliable, allowing you to increase your range of motion and stretch deeper into the poses.
The heat adds an additional cardio vascular challenge to the class as your heart beats faster as it works to regulate your body temperature.
It improves skin health by sending oxygen rich blood to your skin cells. Also, sweating from exercise can reverse the signs of ageing at a cellular level. As a result the skin can produce more collagen.
The psychological benefits of hot yoga are just as important as the physical benefits, its excellent for relieving stress as we focus on our breath throughout the practice.
Our classes
Vinyasa Flow
Our Vinyasa flow classes are full of playful movement, linking our body, breath and movement together in a sequence of physical asanas or poses in a flow of physical movement, you’ll leave this class feeling both stretched and strong, as you’ll improve your strength and flexibility.
Hatha
Our Hatha yoga classes are a traditional form of yoga, focusing on the connection between the body & the breath, if you’re looking for a class that builds your strength, and stamina whilst calming your mind, Hatha yoga is it
Dynamic Vinyasa
Our Dynamic Vinyasa classes are our most physical practice, you will move through a flow of asanas working towards a more demanding peak pose. The continual movements from one pose to another are great for improving cardio vascular function as well as overall physical fitness, whilst staying present in the moment, through the connection with your breath. So if you’re looking for a class where you feel you’ve “worked out” our Dynamic Vinyasa classes are for you.
Restorative Yin & Candelit Yin Classes
Our Restorative yin are super relaxing, they offer you a little haven of space and calm in an often hectic world. Yin yoga allows us to reset our parasympathetic nervous system, the poses are held for around 3 minutes, allowing the softer tissues of our body, the ligaments & fascia to soften and relax. The class releases both physical and emotional tension and tightness, you’ll leave the studio feeling lighter, freer and much more relaxed.
Soulful Flow
Soulful flow is Becky’s own take on a flow class, it brings the spiritual side of yoga with a physical flow, and at the end of each class students get to enjoy Becky’s ethereal voice & wonderful sound healing in savasana.
Wake Up
Wake up yoga, is an energising Hatha class, that will set you up for the day, you’ll leave the studio feeling, strong and ready to face whatever the world throws at you.
Strong Hot Flow
This class is exactly what it says on the tin!! It’s a unique Hatha based class, created by Irina to challenge you physically in strong asanas, but also keeping a constant and conscious connection to your breath.
